1—Develop your event concept

2—Submit your online application

Complete your online application by Friday 4 October 2024. Find step-by-step instructions on how to submit your application here.

Please note, an additional $1,000 fee is payable if your application is submitted after Friday 4 October 2024 (payable in addition to the SATC’s promotion services fee). 

 

3—Notification of acceptance

The Tasting Australia creative team will review all applications and advise of acceptance into the program by Thursday 10 October 2024. 

 

4—Approval of your online event & printed program listing 

On Friday 1 November 2024 you will be sent any revisions to your website and printed program copy. You will be required to approve this by Friday 8 November 2024. Please mark this date in your diary as the timeframe for approval is tight. 

Please note, a late event application received after 6 December 2024 will not have a printed program inclusion.

 

5—Payment of acceptance fee  

A fee, dependant on your chosen package, is payable by the applicant via the Eventotron portal. This is due by Friday 8 November 2024. Your event will not be listed on the Tasting Australia website or in the printed program until payment is received. 

 

6—Program launch

All associated events will launch online in the first week of December 2024. The Tasting Australia printed program will be released and distributed in February 2025.
