1. DELICIOUS BREWS WITH DARK HUES 

$55 | Thu 21 July | Adelaide 

In a nod to the season, enjoy an immersive masterclass on dark-coloured beers at Brightstar Brewing. Hosted by head brewer Steve Brockman and sensory expert Briony Liebich, learn about Brightstar’s background and take a tour of the brewery. After the tour, settle in for a guided tasting featuring three new-release dark brews served with an individual grazing board.

2. DARK FORAGE 

$65 | Wed 20 & Thu 21 July | Adelaide 

A blind tasting experience, but not as you know it. In a pitch-black room at Adelaide’s Arthur Art Bar, sip South Australian wines sourced by Forage Supply Co, matched with delicious vegan canapes. The subtle nuances of wine and food will become bolder as you breathe in the fruity aromas and diverse range of flavours, allowing your senses to take over.

3. RAGI PRESENTS “THE LOST SPICE”

Ready for a food adventure? Join legendary chef Ragini Dey at Ragi’s New Deli on Hutt Street for a night of fun and drama. Expect live fire pits of charcoal cooking, low and slow curries, Najobe Zara grace lamb and Dairyman pork cheek with chutneys made from Adelaide Hills fruit. 4. FORAGE SUPPLY CO X SOI 38
