In a nod to the season, enjoy an immersive masterclass on dark-coloured beers at Brightstar Brewing. Hosted by head brewer Steve Brockman and sensory expert Briony Liebich, learn about Brightstar’s background and take a tour of the brewery. After the tour, settle in for a guided tasting featuring three new-release dark brews served with an individual grazing board.

A blind tasting experience, but not as you know it. In a pitch-black room at Adelaide’s Arthur Art Bar, sip South Australian wines sourced by Forage Supply Co, matched with delicious vegan canapes. The subtle nuances of wine and food will become bolder as you breathe in the fruity aromas and diverse range of flavours, allowing your senses to take over.

Ready for a food adventure? Join legendary chef Ragini Dey at Ragi’s New Deli on Hutt Street for a night of fun and drama. Join Adelaide’s Soi 38 and Forage Supply Co for seasonal lunch in the heart of the Barossa. Explore the beautiful Rogasch Cottage in Tanunda and enjoy lunch served in it’s 100-year-old cellar. Adelaide’s highest rooftop bar invites to you to an indulgent evening for cheese connoisseurs. Featuring a selection of Adelaide’s best cheeses, you will be treated to traditional raclette and fondue served with condiments and crudites. Head to Prospect’s Anchovy Bandit for their latest Chef Series in collaboration with Jake Kellie, a star shaking up the Adelaide food scene. Ever wanted to live out your dream of being a winemaker? Join McLaren Vale’s Kay Brothers wines in their historic Amery vineyard for a lesson in pruning. Tour the vineyard and pass around the secateurs to have a go at pruning yourself. After all that hard work, enjoy a delicious feast by local chef Todd Steele – complete with Kay Brothers wines from the very vineyard you pruned.
