Good Neighbour

Our new bistro Good Neighbour has community at its heart. This is Town Square dining reimagined: one-off menus crafted by chefs as inspired by South Australian produce as their collaborators in the kitchen. Make time to dine with your favourite people. 

Drinks Academy

Presented by Adelaide University, this is your go-to destination to experience Masterclasses, wine parties, the Matchmaker series and Aperitivo Hour. You don’t need to be an expert – and in fact half the fun is in discovering something new. 

Hotpot Express

Be there for this special two-night culinary mashup at Adelaide’s Mr Hotpoter. It’s a world first – a sushi train-meets-hotpot moment featuring top Aussie chefs, bespoke broths and the best local ingredients. 

Club Series

Join the club. Go inside South Australia’s beloved cultural clubs, building connections and sharing stories. Indulge in Greek, Slovenian, Polish, Italian and Austrian flavours as cooks, volunteers and some of Australia’s favourite chefs expand our culinary horizons. 

Tasting Australia by Train

Welcome aboard. Tasting Australia is returning to the tracks – this time an all-inclusive four-day journey on The Ghan from Darwin to Adelaide. Relish the romance of rail travel, with breathtaking landscapes and meals crafted by chefs including the Michelin-starred Nieves Barragán Mohacho and legendary Australian Mark Best. 

Tasting Australia by Road

Buckle up while we chauffeur you around South Australia’s regional treasures. On the road, explore the best of the Barossa or McLaren Vale where views and vineyards are in abundance. Or spend the day on a coastal adventure exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula’s unique gems.

Tasting Tables

It’s time to take a moment. These intimate events are all about a relaxed space and remarkable bottles – as introduced by the same folk who made them. And they just so happen to be hosted in some of Adelaide’s most interesting venues. Sip Italian vino at Canopy, Henschke at Station Road, Syrahmi at Longplay Bistro or Jauma at Fino Vino.
