Our two-night takeover of central Adelaide’s Mr Hotpoter will see top Australian chefs riff on this Asian classic.

Begin with a selection of small plates delivered via the restaurant’s moving belt, then settle in as the magic begins. We’re talking beautifully nuanced broths and stellar South Australian produce as featured additions, with two drinks and dessert also included.

MONDAY 11 MAY –

Chef Simone Watts from Barrugunda Dining on the Mornington Peninsula shares the kitchen with The Little Rickshaw chef Trinh Richards, hosted by drinks expert Ev Liong.

TUESDAY 12 MAY –

Longplay Bistro head chef Calum Horn is set to work beside LC Nguyen and Ottelia Wines chef and owner Paul Stone, with Melbourne’s Ev Liong as host.
