This intimate seaside lunch will unfold with stunning Baird Bay as its backdrop. Revel in a menu featuring the best Eyre Peninsula seafood – and in an atmosphere that’s refreshingly informal.
Head chef Calvin Von Niebel will be at the helm for the five-course meal, with guests invited to explore a variety of food stations and discover how foraged and native ingredients enhance the region’s unique flavours. Cold bars with fresh-shucked oysters and seafood courses cooked over an open flame are just a taste. A paired beverage will be served with each plate.
