The adventure begins with a guided tour of Kingsford, led by Executive Chef De Buys Nortier, where you'll forage for fresh, seasonal ingredients amidst the property's stunning natural surroundings. Then, savor a relaxed lunch under the shade of ancient gum trees in front of the historic Kingsford Homestead, taking in the tranquil beauty of the landscape. Spend the afternoon at your leisure, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and exploring the property at your own pace.

As evening falls, the experience continues with a pre-dinner wine tasting featuring a local producer, accompanied by canapés in the charming Peppertree Bar. Next, descend into the impressive Wine Vaults for a four-course feast inspired by the Barossa region, expertly paired with wines from a boutique Barossa producer. The winemaker, Damien Tscharke, who leads the Tscharke family farm—growing grapes in the Barossa since 1853—will join you during the meal, sharing stories and insights about their craft.

Tscharke Wines, known for their ‘new wave Barossa’ philosophy, focus on early harvesting to create aromatic, textural, and refreshing styles. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and the surrounding environment, they produce estate-grown, certified organic, and biodynamic wines.
