Each step along the way will bring something new – from fresh local ingredients to bold, playful flavours capturing this special part of South Australia. 

Enjoy dishes like grilled Coorong mullet with butter beans, parsley and garlic, perfectly paired with the refreshing and vibrant Forage Supply Co Field Blend. Or dive into the heart of the Barossa and feast on slow-cooked lamb shoulder with polenta and chermoula, brought to life by the deep, rich notes of Forage Supply Co Montepulciano.
