Barossa winery St Hugo is making cabernet cool again. Be immersed in the world of its award-winning cabernet sauvignon, celebrating the label’s rich heritage and esteemed history as a premier Australian cabernet producer for more than 40 years.

This Tasting Australia event – to be held in the stunning historical courtyard at St Hugo’s Rowland Flat estate – will showcase seasonal kitchen garden produce in small dishes from executive chef Simon Hicks. Discover a modern twist on classic cabernet food pairings.

Winemaker Peter Munro will host the pop-up bar and share his love for the hero red varietal, with guests to enjoy exclusive access to St Hugo’s rare and fine museum of cabernet sauvignon wines alongside the latest contemporary vintages.

Relax across an autumn afternoon of live jazz, indulgent wine and gourmet cuisine.
