Baxter is among Australia’s leading spirits personalities and spent two decades working as a career bartender and brand ambassador. His passion for advocacy and storytelling transformed Never Never into a brand celebrated by the hospitality industry, while time on MasterChef Australia offered insights into the output end of the flavour-making process. Brand management and marketing are also among Baxter’s specialties, propelling Never Never to global success.
Banks, meanwhile, has worked in and around bars for more than 20 years, leading his teams to award-winning success in iconic venues and organisations. Expertise in spirits and bartending has seen him travel the world showcasing and sharing his knowledge, with regular judging roles in prominent spirits competitions. He joined Never Never as South Australian brand ambassador in 2024 and has firmly established himself as a valuable contributor and proud member of the Australian hospitality industry.
