Head to the Adelaide Hills for an unforgettable culinary journey celebrating the best of land and sea. Indulge in a thoughtfully curated menu featuring a harmonious blend of fresh seafood and gourmet paddock-inspired dishes paired with Sidewood wines. 

A unique drink awaits on arrival: the new small-batch gin crafted by Route 9 Distillery and Square 1 using Sidewood’s single clone pinot noir. 

A welcome to country ceremony will honour the land’s rich heritage before guests are seated in a private dining space for a five-course meal from executive chef Hugo Choi. Enjoy live music, and the chance to learn from cellar door manager James Escobar as he explains how each paired wine goes from grape to glass.
