Head to the Adelaide Hills for an unforgettable culinary journey celebrating the best of land and sea. Indulge in a thoughtfully curated menu featuring a harmonious blend of fresh seafood and gourmet paddock-inspired dishes paired with Sidewood wines.

Three unique drinks await on arrival: the new small-batch gins crafted by Route 9 Distillery and Square 1 using Sidewood’s single clone pinot noirs. 

A welcome to country ceremony will honour the land’s rich heritage before guests are seated in a private dining space for a five-course meal crafted by Executive Chef Hugo Choi and presented by visiting Tasmania Chef James Lockett. Enjoy live music, and the chance to learn from owner, Owen Inglis as he explains how each paired wine goes from grape to glass.
