This very special collaboration will be hosted at an Adelaide Hills estate known for pioneering biodynamic wine. Ngeringa’s Erinn Klein is set to welcome chef Stacey Conner and sommelier Jade Tareha from Noosa restaurant Humble on Duke back for another luxe long lunch. Expect the very best farm produce and matched Ngeringa wines – including a new vintage barrel tasting.
Guests will begin with welcome drinks and a walking tour of the property, learning about the methods used to foster soil, vine and produce health. Lunch in the barrel ageing room will follow: a leisurely affair set to include a 2025 vintage tasting. Expect an abundance of snacks, together with lamb from the spit, sides and dessert, all paired with Ngeringa selections. Farm and garden produce will be used exclusively for Conner’s generous menu.
