This Tasting Australia, Mitch Orr is taking over the kitchen at Canopy for two days, promising to bring his bold, produce-driven approach and irreverent style to one of Adelaide’s top wine bars.

Mitch Orr is one of Australia’s most acclaimed chefs, known for his genre-bending cooking at ACME and Kiln, and now leading Sydney’s The Palomar.

After the lunch sessions at Canopy, Orr will remain in the kitchen whipping up some of his famous dishes in snack form. At $15 per ticket, this guarantees you entry and a place to sit with an arrival spritz while you pick and choose from Orr’s short form menu.

With one of Australia’s best chefs in a modern wine bar setting these tickets are guaranteed to be popular with the roving west end crowd. Walk ins are welcome, bookings are limited but encouraged, snacks are available until sold out.
