Wake to the calming sights and sounds of nature – without leaving South Australia. In this first-of-its-kind experience, you’ll be among the first to stay at Safari Lodge – Monarto Safari Resort’s new luxury safari tents – with an exclusive overnight food and wine adventure.

Begin your journey with arrival drinks and canapés before joining a bespoke guided safari through Monarto Safari Park’s Wild Africa precinct, where you’ll spot Africa’s most majestic creatures from giraffes to rhinos. Then, it’s back to the lodge for pre-dinner drinks against the stunning sunset. The evening crescendos with a seven-course degustation by executive chef DeBuys Nortier, each dish perfectly paired and personally presented by local South Australian winemakers.

At night’s end, you’ll drift off beneath an endless, starry sky, surrounded by the sounds of the wild. This is an experience you won’t forget.

• Safari Jeeps are not accessible, however alternative experience can be arranged
