Coopers Brewery invites you for an unforgettable evening celebrating premium South Australian seafood and iconic Coopers brews.

Indulge in an exclusive long table dinner at our state-of-the-art Visitor Centre, where you will be hosted by sixth-generation family members, Iain Cooper (Head Distiller and Technical Brewer) and Louise Cooper (Manager of Strategic Development).

This five course dining experience has been expertly curated by Coopers Head Chef, Fabio Castello and showcases the finest local seafood from the Eyre Peninsula supplied by Adelaide Seafood – a tribute to the South Australian seafood industry.

Each course is paired with Coopers famous ales and lagers, offering a unique sensory journey through flavour and craftsmanship.
