Limestone Coast Seafood Safari

Sun 17th May 2026 at 12:00 PM

$185

The Limestone Coast Seafood Safari will take adventurous diners on a culinary journey showcasing the freshest wild-caught seafood from SA's south-east coast, served at Port MacDonnell's state heritage-listed Customs House.

Award-winning Mount Gambier chef Kirby Shearing from Elementary by Soul Co has crafted a mouthwatering menu mapping the coastline from the Coorong all the way to the Victorian border, featuring Coorong Mullet, Southend Flake, Southern Bluefin Sashimi from the Continental Shelf, octopus from the treacherous rocky reefs, and of course the prized Southern Rock Lobster from lobster capital Port MacDonnell.

In addition to being guided through each dish by Chef Kirby, guests will meet 3rd generation professional lobster fisherman Andrew Sneath, a local winemaker, and Customs House owner Gretel Sneath during this authentic dining experience.

The recently renovated Court House within the Customs House is reserved for exclusive high-end events, with the Limestone Coast Seafood Safari offering a rare opportunity to explore this spectacular oceanfront mansion steeped in maritime history.
