Molly's Italian Trattoria paired wine dinner

Molly's restaurant, upstairs at the Colley Hotel will offer an Italian inspired 5-course paired wine dinner using local South Australian and Italian wine producers showcasing the impact of terroir and appellation on the flavour profile of matching grapes.

These wines will be paired expertly with Italian influenced food, sourced from local South Australian Seafood providers.

A degustation of five courses with a curated list of ten wines will bring delight to every diner. A menu designed by Executive Chef Bonnie, who recently achieved a top 24 dish of 2024 as selected by food reviewer Simon Wilkinson, (Adelaide Advertiser).

Bonnie has created a memorable menu comprised of South Australian seafood including her new dish, Queen Molly.

Director and Venue Manager, Sam Comley, in partnership with local South Australian wineries has curated an experience for every wine lover. Diners will sit inside the recently renovated restaurant at Molly's, with her architecturally designed archways and raking timber beams brought back to life from when the hotel was built in 1869.

The space is an ideal location to showcase all things South Australian, with a balcony for pre-dinner drinks that looks over Glenelg's heartland of Mosely Square, Glenelg Beach and Jetty Road.
