In this immersive three-hour roving teppanyaki experience, guests will journey through six live stations, each showcasing the artistry of Shiki’s master chefs. Watch as wagyu is flambéed to perfection and the most premium seafood is delicately grilled before your eyes.

The experience culminates in a live sashimi station presented by our partners, Kin Tuna, offering an extraordinary glimpse into the precision of Japanese knife mastery. Complemented by free-flowing sake, spirits, and local South Australian wines, this event brings together theatre, seasonality, and craftsmanship in a way that can only be experienced during Tasting Australia.
