Festival drinks curators Meira Harel or Banjo Harris Plane will be on hand to chat through the process, joining guests in the Journey Beyond Lounge as food from a Town Square vendor is delivered to the space.  

Enjoy expert guidance as you choose wine to match, learning about the basics of food and beverage pairing from a leading Australian sommelier. You’ll have a dedicated space to sit, chat and discover more – time to ask questions and plan your next culinary adventure.  

Patch Kitchen is heading to Town Square direct from its Stirling base in the Adelaide Hills. 

Look for a fresh pasta and delicious sauces in this Perfect Pair session, with a choice between:  

• Reginette with 10-hour slow cooked beef ragu, cavelo nero, reggiano cheese 
• Fiore – roasted tomato passata, smoky eggplant, soft herbs and reggiano cheese. Can be prepared as a vegan dish.
