Festival drinks curators Meira Harel or Banjo Harris Plane will be on hand to chat through the process, joining guests in the Journey Beyond Lounge as food from a Town Square vendor is delivered to the space.
Enjoy expert guidance as you choose wine to match, learning about the basics of food and beverage pairing from a leading Australian sommelier. You’ll have a dedicated space to sit, chat and discover more – time to ask questions and plan your next culinary adventure.
Please Send Noods offers noodles and pasta prepped with traditional technique and modern flavours. Be there as the crew make their first Town Square appearance.
We’ll have two dishes on offer for Perfect Pair:
- Spicy sausage alla sake – spicy pork sausage ragu, sake, tomato, gochugang, fresh pasta
- Mushroom ragu – Westside mushrooms mixed mushroom ragu, fresh pasta, parmesan
