New Town Square vendor Thirsty Tiger Tacos offers fun flavour combinations across a range of house-made tacos. 

Choose from the following dishes for this Perfect Pair session: 

• Balinese chicken – shredded marinated chicken, pico de gallo + coriander aioli 
• Miso mushroom – mushrooms marinated in buttery miso, crispy shallots + jalapenos
