Begin with an aperitif and canapés by Head Chef Matthew Britten Jones, followed by a live gnocchi demonstration from Head Chef Nicholas Admiraal.

Then, enjoy a five-course tasting menu celebrating local produce, each dish expertly paired with award-winning beverages from Imperial Measures Distilling.

Guided by Head Distiller David Danby, guests will explore the botanicals and stories behind each beverage.

Portside Pairings is an immersive food, spirits, wine and cocktail experience where exceptional ingredients, people and storytelling take centre stage.
