Hosted by Threefold Distilling and Gullyview Estate, Rhythm & Bloom is a five-course dinner celebrating South Australian flavours with soulful sound.

Guests will be welcomed with a Threefold cocktail before embarking on a journey of five courses by the Bloom Kitchen, each paired with a thoughtfully crafted wine or cocktail.

Each course unfolds like a verse, matched to music that swells and shifts with the night, creating a seamless interplay of flavour, sound, and movement.

Disco balls scatter shimmering reflections across the space while warm autumn light sets the mood.

Guests are invited to taste, sip, and let the music lead them from vibrant dining straight onto the dancefloor.
