Guests will enjoy a menu crafted by our team of leading local chefs using native ingredients - think finger lime, lemon myrtle, wattleseed, kangaroo, saltbush, and quandong - beautifully matched to wines from the Adelaide Hills, Barossa, McLaren Vale, and Clare Valley.
