It’s a turbo charged ‘taste test’ of our favourite barbecue class experience – Seriously Low & Slow. Our Weber Grill Specialists have done all the hard work for you, tending to the finest, local SA produce – carefully smoking, spritzing, wrapping, basting and saucing for the juiciest, most delicious meat morsels. 

Be welcomed to Australia’s one-and-only Grill Academy, overlooking the Adelaide skyline, with a BBQ canape and drink on arrival. Settle in with a mouthwatering pulled pork slider, then tuck into a BBQ box filled with brisket, smoky sausage, tender ribs, and classic BBQ sides.

Finish it all off with a scoop of our sweetest collaboration yet – the Gelista x Weber Grill Academy BBQ Toasted Coconut ice cream – because no great BBQ ends without dessert. If you’re hungry for a flavour hit, the Low & Slow Quickie delivers bold taste in a bite-sized time slot.
