Adelaide University is proud to walk the land with Red Centre, uncovering the flavours, stories and cultural significance of native bush foods.
This immersive field trip is a chance to discover, learn, taste, and connect with Country. Along the way, enjoy a progressive tasting of native food snacks and drinks, thoughtfully curated to showcase the richness and diversity of Australia’s native ingredients.
Participants should wear suitable footwear and be prepared for a moderate walking experience, designed to immerse you fully in the Arboretum’s landscape, seasonal produce, and cultural heritage.
