Join us at lunch for a delicious main course, shared side dish, bread and glass of wine. Meet top South Australian chefs and their front-of-house staff, trade stories and forge new connections.
Maggie Beer has shaped Barossa food culture for decades. Now The Farm Eatery, run together with daughter Elli Beer and chef Tim Bourke, is headed to Town Square Canteen. Enjoy one of its signature dishes and the chance to chat with Maggie during the meal. This real food hero continues to celebrate South Australia through her work, inspiring cooks everywhere while also helping improve the food experience and quality of life for Australians in aged care through a foundation dedicated to the cause.

Our menus utilise regional produce at the height of its season and take months of careful planning. Many of the dishes featured will not be adaptable for particular dietary requirements. This event can cater to vegetarian, vegan and coeliac dietary requirements, although the menu may not be designed or executed by the visiting chefs.
