Free demonstrations, together with a self-guided audio tour, are a great way to explore this South Australian treasure. More than 70 traders under one roof make it one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the southern hemisphere – the perfect place to stock up for your home kitchen.
Cooking demonstrations during this Tasting Australia event will be hosted by food waste warrior Mandy Hall in the Community Kitchen. The free audio tour, meanwhile, is led by renowned foodies Katie Spain and Adam Liaw. It features the stories of multigenerational traders, celebrating the market’s rich culinary heritage and enduring importance to locals and visitors alike.
