South Australian seafood and wine will star in a beachside degustation at Sammy’s on the Marina. You’ll be treated to five courses of the freshest catch – think Coffin Bay oysters, Kangaroo Island scallops and lobsters and local eye fillet. Dark chocolate mousse will also make an appearance on this smorgasbord of the state’s best.
Wines from McLaren Vale’s Willunga 100 are set to complement each of the sumptuous courses, with chief winemaker Mike Farmilo to share his journey and introduce pairings.
Soak up your surroundings at picturesque Glenelg beach, with 270-degree views of the Holdfast Promenade, and get ready for an evening that promises the best and freshest seafood, perfectly crafted South Australian wine and wonderful conversation. Guests will also have the opportunity to place wine orders on the night.
