What happens when two celebrated chefs – both masters of modern Asian cookery – reunite in the kitchen for one night only? Find out as Kiin’s Ben Bertei joins the one and only Adam D’Sylva for an unforgettable evening.

D’Sylva is among Australia’s most awarded and recognisable chefs. Eastern cuisine remains his inspiration, with time at standout Melbourne restaurants including Pearl, Coda and Tonka. He first worked with Bertei in 2005 during a stint at the acclaimed Longrain, known for its groundbreaking Thai fare. Now, two decades later, their reunion awaits. 

Indulge across a menu inspired by the best seasonal produce. South East Asian flavours will feature – together with cues from the duo’s shared Italian heritage and surprises along the way. 

To drink? Start with paired cocktails from the team at Glenelg’s Threefold Distillery, followed by matched wine from lauded McLaren Vale label S.C. Pannell. Resident Kiin DJ Nick Fahey will be spinning tunes, making this a truly unmissable night out.
