Bread: Everything You Knead to Know

This immersive bread-making experience returns after its sell-out success last year. Guest will be hosted in Goolwa by Anita Robin, a passionate hospitality veteran known as The Foodbuilder.

Delve into different varieties of bread, making your own in the process, while discovering grains, yeast and sourdough. Tips and tricks to ensure a perfect loaf are on offer too.

Included in this Tasting Australia experience are an apéro, lunch, dessert, Kimbolton wine, sourdough starter and recipe booklet.

Anita is a Swiss and Australian national who has trained and worked in hospitality education and the wider industry for her entire professional life. She shares experience, skill and passion through lessons, demonstrations, books and products, with The Foodbuilder named a 2024 bronze finalist for Excellence in Food Tourism at the South Australian Tourism Awards.
