Anita is a Swiss and Australian national who has trained and worked in hospitality education and the wider industry for her entire professional life. She shares experience, skill and passion through lessons, demonstrations, books and products, with The Foodbuilder named a 2024 bronze finalist for Excellence in Food Tourism at the South Australian Tourism Awards.
