This unique masterclass offers an immersive, hands-on experience in zero waste cooking. Guided by OzHarvest chefs, you’ll learn valuable cooking skills while transforming rescued ingredients into gourmet meals to nourish local people in need. Plus: enjoy exclusive backstage access to bustling commercial kitchens at either OzHarvest Adelaide or Adelaide Oval – areas most visitors never see.
After tackling food waste in the kitchen, you’ll move to an event space at your chosen venue to enjoy the delicious, sustainable dishes you’ve created.
