A duo inspired by the possibilities of South East Asian cuisine are joining forces on a menu where comfort rules.
The versatile Tom Jack – formerly of Shobosho and now based at Mason in Bali – will return to Adelaide for this special collaboration with Tuoi Tran of Gondola Gondola. Settle in for a nine-course meal highlighting the best of South East Asian cuisine, with Vietnamese and Thai flavours at the forefront.
Fresh produce for the meal will be sourced from Tran’s family farm in Virginia, with exclusively South Australian suppliers to provide meat and seafood. Discover the Asian-Australian scene at its very best.
