A duo inspired by the possibilities of South East Asian cuisine will join forces on a menu where fresh and local fare rules.

John Than – sous chef at the renowned Salopian Inn – is set to share the kitchen with Tuoi Tran of Gondola Gondola in this special collaboration. Together with his restaurant role Than runs two thriving Adelaide businesses: festival-based food venture Just Sticks and private dining experience Supper Club. He takes inspiration from regular trips to Asia, guided by its diverse cuisines and bold, exciting flavour combinations.

Settle in for an eight-course meal highlighting the best of South East Asian cuisine, with Vietnamese and Thai flavours at the forefront. Produce will be sourced from Tran’s family farm in Virginia, with exclusively South Australian suppliers to provide meat and seafood. Consider your dinner plans sorted.
