In a noisy world we need the solace of hospitality more than ever. But what about the people who sustain it? Tasting Australia’s Industry Day returns this year to foster conversation and community. Join local and visiting food and beverage leaders as they cover a full gamut of hot hospo topics, from branding and storytelling to the circular economy, connection and more.
The Tasting Australia creative team – Karena Armstrong, Kane Pollard, Meira Harel and Banjo Harris Plane – will open this event, with celebrated drinks writer Max Allen to host. Also sharing insights: industry identities including O Tama Carey, George Georgiadis, Monica Berg, Lachlan Jeffries and Bianca Welsh.
Naturally the eating and drinking will be excellent: pastries on arrival, lunch from chef Enrico Sgarbossa, closing drinks and conversation.
Find the full Industry Day program below, and be sure to check out our new Waiters’ Race too: a chance for local service staff to show off their skills in a fun, fast journey around Town Square.
