Adelaide Central Market produce will feature, together with ingredients sourced from nearby regions. From sun-kissed Mediterranean terraces to Middle Eastern aromas, each course will transport through a global mosaic of taste and technique.
A guest Mitolo winemaker is also set to shape this Tasting Australia event, offering insights into each paired wine. The Mitolo family migrated to South Australia from Italy’s Abruzzo region in the 1950s, bringing their hardworking ethos and connection to the land.
