Mastering the art of food and wine pairing is nothing short of revolutionary. Join Tasting Australia drinks curator Meira Harel, together with leading wine communicator Curly Haslam-Coates, to discover the basics. Harel has worked across many of the nation’s top restaurants, including local hero *press and Victorian icons The Lake House and The Town Mouse.  

Hobart-based wine educator Haslam-Coates earned qualifications in the UK before finding a new home half a world away. Tasmania’s food, wine and farms continue to inspire this passionate advocate, who shares her finds through channels including The Wine Front and ABC Radio Hobart.
