Two international chefs united by their passion for provenance will unite to prepare this extraordinary five-course meal.
Martín Molteni is heading to Adelaide from his home in Buenos Aires for a special collaboration with A Prayer for the Wild at Heart’s head chef Stephane Brizard. The duo have very different origins, but share a background in classical cooking and storytelling through cuisine.
Molteni is best known for his restaurant Puratierra, which made three appearances in the World’s 50 Best list and took a unique approach to exploring the roots of Argentinian cuisine through pre-Columbian culture and native products. His career has also included time in Brizard’s home nation of France.
Now, for this unique experience, the chefs will share a kitchen and craft a menu with South Australia at its heart. Locally produced wines from Argentinian-born winemakers at Adelaide Hills label Mordrelle are available as an optional pairing.
