This interactive Asian-inspired degustation will be led by Momoda chef Krish Dutt and his talented team. Discover the art of flavouring your own soju and learn the secret to crafting fresh, exquisite dumplings during the hands-on meal, to feature five courses and 10 dishes.
Chefs will share their techniques during the evening and offer exclusive recipes for guests to take home. Menu highlights include Dutt’s renowned Korean beef tartare, miso and ginger salmon, sensational handmade dumplings and a show-stopping drunken young coconut cake topped with Italian meringue.
