Step into a world of culinary artistry at Adelaide’s award-winning Shiki Japanese restaurant as it hosts this ode to seasonal flavours.

Chef de cuisine Kenny Trinh will craft an exclusive dining experience inspired by the four seasons and presented as a four-course teppanyaki menu. Each dish is set to highlight fresh, responsibly sourced South Australian produce including crayfish, kingfish and oysters alongside a wider selection of Australian ingredients.

Guests will be treated to the finest sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki, all prepared by highly skilled chefs at interactive teppanyaki stations. Discover the mastery of traditional Japanese techniques and discover the significance of seasonal ingredients in Japanese cuisine. Each course will be paired with your choice of fine wine, sake or Japanese whisky.

This Tasting Australia event promises to be more than simply a dinner. Instead it offers an immersive teppanyaki journey combining Japanese culinary tradition and local produce – all delivered with the flair and expertise that continue to make Shiki a staple of the Adelaide dining scene.
