Celebrate nature’s bounty through the lens of Italian culinary craft and heritage. The team at Nonna’s Cucina will show guests how to honour, utilise and savour the earth’s gifts year-round, explaining how to create flavourful dishes while also minimising waste.
The day will be filled with in-depth demonstrations – each accompanied by tastings of the featured items – offering an exploration of traditional preservation techniques passed down through generations. Resident chefs, along with special guest Rosa Matto, will share their expertise, inviting guests to discover these time-honoured methods first-hand.
Attendees are also set to take a piece of this Tasting Australia event home, receiving a thoughtful gift inspired by the demonstrations together with recipe cards to recreate the magic in their own kitchens.
