City restaurant Treasury 1860 will host this four-course degustation dinner that beautifully marries the pristine flavours of South Australian seafood with exquisite local wines crafted from Italian varietals

Delight in the freshest offerings from Yumbah, the Southern Hemisphere’s largest abalone producer and a leader in sustainable shellfish aquaculture. Each course will showcase their premium seafood, meticulously prepared to highlight the unique tastes of the ocean.

Each dish will be paired thoughtfully with wines from LaProva, an Adelaide Hills label renowned for Italian varietals that thrive in Australia’s ancient soils and warm climate.
Guests will be seated fireside in the cosy Treasury 1860 restaurant, soaking up the ambiance while savouring this special dining experience.
