Japanese and Peruvian flavours meld at Tunki: a West Lakes restaurant guided by the joy of sharing. This five-course feast will begin with a pisco cocktail before moving into a variety of signature dishes.
Marvel at the interactive guacamole Nikkei-style preparation right at your table as resident chefs share the inspiration and unique methods behind Tunki’s creations. Each dish – expertly crafted and continuously brought to your table – offers a story.
Learn direct from chefs as they explain flavour profiles and the source of key ingredients, together with the Peruvian chilli varieties used in each dish. This masterclass experience will include the chance to see the professionals’ technique up close and receive take-home recipe cards. Tour the Tunki kitchen, where the meticulous process guiding the sushi and ceviche bar – along with the Robata grill – will be showcased, and watch as a master sashimi chef breaks down South Australian seafood. A delectable dessert will finish off an evening of flavours, stories and culinary technique.
