An immersive seven-course dining experience that celebrates the producers, flavours, and landscapes of the Adelaide Hills.

Designed exclusively for Tasting Australia, this bespoke event showcases the incredible depth of the region’s ingredients.

Each course has been curated to highlight local provenance, featuring partnerships with some of the Hills’ most respected producers and makers.

Guests will enjoy dishes that spotlight Woodside Cheese Wrights, Porter’s Biodynamic Mushrooms, and Melba’s Chocolates, complemented by carefully paired wines from Mt Lofty Ranges Vineyard. Together, these elements form a journey through the Hills — celebrating the passion, innovation, and authenticity of South Australian craftsmanship.

The experience will feature live storytelling from winemakers and producers, giving guests an insider’s perspective into the craft, sustainability, and innovation that define Adelaide Hills gastronomy.
