With over 70 traders under one roof, the Adelaide Central Market is one of the largest undercover fresh produce markets in the southern hemisphere, buzzing with life and colour all year round.

Loved by locals and tourists alike, you can often spot some of Adelaide’s top chefs and foodies buying fresh, seasonal produce direct from our traders – we’re often thought of as Adelaide’s pantry.

The Market’s Tasting Australia program will feature a series of free cooking demonstrations by talented chefs, foodies and producers and a free self-guided audio tour.

Watch and learn from the best, as our chefs demonstrate their signature recipes using fresh, seasonal Market produce, hosted by local food identity, Masterchef alumni Mandy Hall and Larissa Sewell at our Community Kitchen.
