In our barrel room, Hugh will share his extensive knowledge and the journey of our gin story. We'll take you on a tour of the distillery, including an introduction to ‘Mary,’ our esteemed 900L copper still and we'll delve into the rich history of gin, tracing its origins back to the Prohibition era, which has profoundly inspired our brand.
Our team will guide you through the process as you blend a carefully curated selection of Prohibition gins with a range of botanical distillates to suit your personal taste, creating 2x 100ml bottles of your own signature gin to label and take home.
Indulge in this sophisticated journey into the art of gin crafting. Also enjoy a $10 discount on any 500ml bottle of Prohibition gin purchased on the day.
