ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION –

Accessible parking and drop off: One accessible parking space is located onsite with alternative options available at the neighbouring HotelMOTEL and Terrace Hotel. Accessible drop off and pick up zones are located at Hotel Alba main entrance.
Accessible toilets: One wheelchair accessible toilet is located within the restaurant. Specific features include railing, wide door access, lower bench tops and taps with sensor activated taps and soap dispensers.
Wheelchair access: Hotel entrance, restaurant and toilets are all located on one level, with no stairs making the venue completely accessible for wheelchair users. The pool area has wide door access, and a lift is available to reach all hotel rooms.
Quiet Space: If required, the hotel can accommodate a designated quiet space with the option for sound proofing and soft lighting.
Assistance animal facilities: Water bowl for assistance animals is available onsite as well as a lawned space out the back. Alternatively, a public park is located across the road.
