Le Frit with the Molfetta Club
Sun 17th May 2026 at 11:30 AM
Small in size, big in flavour – the beloved Italian snack fritelle exudes the mantra good things come in small packages.
At this fun-filled, interactive cooking demonstration, guests will learn how to make fritelle – also known as ‘le frit’ – fried pockets of dough filled with ingredients such as mozzarella and tomato, originally hailing from the town of Molfetta in Italy’s Puglia region.
Hosted by the Molfetta Club Adelaide, an Italian community group established by migrants from Molfetta, guests will enjoy a first-hand insight of the history and stories of the region and its food. An event with heart, guests will leave inspired to continue these culinary traditions for generations to come.
