Inspired by his Italian heritage and a culinary journey spanning Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Japan and Vietnam, Head Chef Alessandro Mangione presents a decadent multi-course experience showcasing the finest South Australian produce.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Estate Sparkling and canapés on the verandah before being seated within the elegant surrounds of the Manor House.

The evening unfolds with a visit to our historic wine cellar showcasing 1300 different labels and concludes fireside on the tiered lawns beneath the stars, weather permitting.
