Expect share-style plates that are as authentic as they are generous, crafted by charismatic chef Andy Clappis. Andy – son of South Australian food legend Enzo Clappis – champions dishes from his family’s hometown Veneto using premium South Australian produce, much of it home-grown and raised. Think seafood fresh from the coast, grilled meats, handmade pasta and – not to be missed – the signature ricotta cannoli.
It’s all paired with emerging Italian grape varieties like fiano, vermentino, falanghina and sagrantino, elegantly crafted by McLaren Vale wine label Oliver’s Taranga. Full of fun and flavour, there mightn’t be a better way to spend a Sunday afternoon – and no one will be leaving hungry!
