Begin with welcome drinks and canapes at the brand-new elephant habitat*, opening in 2026, where you’ll learn about these majestic creatures and their fascinating history at Monarto. Then, hop aboard a safari bus to the Waterhole Function Centre for a three-course meal perfectly paired with Langhorne Creek’s finest wines. 

Hosted by wine industry personality Katie Spain, the evening offers insights from winemakers and Langhorne Creek wine families, revealing the region’s rich agricultural heritage and its special connection with Monarto Safari Park.
