Join Canopy’s head bartender and cocktail creator, Lorenzo Di Pasquo, for an intimate and spirited deep dive into Italy’s most iconic drinking traditions.
Guided by Lorenzo’s Italian heritage and passion, this masterclass unpacks the contrasts and connections between aperitivi and amari — from their flavour profiles and cultural roots to their roles before and after a meal. Across two brackets, guests will explore four aperitivi and four amari, each bracket concluding with a signature cocktail and snack pairing.
With a passion so close to Lorenzo’s heart, this is your opportunity to experience and learn from his wealth of knowledge whilst enjoying eight of his favourite expressions.
